Email: warrnamboolshow@bigpond.com Use of Electricity – Trade Stands include the use of power to one (1) 15amp outlet. Additional power may be purchased or alternatively a generator may be used. Staff Passes – Two (2) staff passes are provided. All entrants require passes, additional passes may be purchased at $10 each. Site Maintenance – Stall holders are required to maintain their site in a neat and tidy state. Cartons and other recyclable materials are to be flattened, tied up and placed next to rubbish bins. Hours of Operation – The Warrnambool Show will be open on Saturday the 29st of October, 2022, from 9:00am until 10:00pm. Stall Holders in the Wannon Room and Community Hub will remain operational from 9:00 am until 6:30 pm. Stall Holders at every other location will remain operational from 9:00 am until 10:00 pm. Hours of Setting up / Packing Down – Setting up for all Trade Stands can begin from Friday, the 28th of October, at 9am till 4.30pm. All Trade Stands should be set up and all vehicles are to be parked by 8:30 am, Saturday the 30st of October. This allows sufficient time to safely set-up, where extra time is available to address issues as they arise. Stall Holders can only begin packing down at 10:30pm, Saturday the 29st of October 2022. Packing down with vehicle access may occur from 9:00 am, Sunday the 30th October, 2022 and should be completed by 6:00 pm, Sunday the 30th October 2022. Requests to pack down and leave earlier than these times must be preapproved by the Show Office. Exhibitors Handbook – Please refer to the Exhibitor’s Handbook for further information.
